MyArkansas 2026.04.1-alpha

This update makes the app feel more personal. Sign in with Face ID or Touch ID, switch to Spanish, save your favorite agencies, and add addresses and vehicles to your profile so you're ready when a service needs them. We also fixed a few things along the way.
New
  • Face ID and Touch ID
    — Sign in with your face or fingerprint instead of typing your password.
  • Spanish language support
    — Switch the app to Spanish from Profile > Settings > Language. There's also a "System" option that follows whatever language your phone is set to.
  • Addresses and vehicles on your profile
    — Add, edit, and remove your home addresses and vehicles so services that need that info already have it when you're ready to apply.
  • Favorite state agencies
    — Tap the heart on any agency to save it, just like you already can with services.
  • Offline banner
    — When you lose your internet connection, a friendly banner lets you know you're offline so nothing catches you off guard.
Improved
  • Open websites in the app
    — Tapping "Open Website" on a service now opens a full-screen browser inside the app instead of opening in a 3/4 cover screen.
  • Browse agency structure
    — Organization screens now show child divisions and let you filter between agencies and divisions.
  • Service flow previews
    — For some Arkansas services, the app is starting to show what profile info a service will use and where to begin the process without leaving the app. Full step-by-step flows are coming in a future update.
Fixed
  • Featured services
    — The "Featured" row on the home screen now reliably shows the services the state has highlighted for you.
  • Favorites stay with your account
    — Your saved interests and favorite service categories now correctly tie to your account after signing in.
