- Personalized setup— Tell us a little about yourself and your interests during onboarding, and we'll tailor your experience to the services that matter most to you.
- Home screen— See alerts, featured services, and state agencies at a glance, with quick access to browse everything.
- Find services— Search, filter by category, and sort to find the state services you need. Use voice search to find things even faster. Each service page includes a photo and description up front, with a button to view full details when you're ready.
- Explore agencies— View agency details and office locations on a map, all in one place. Each agency has its own icon so it's easy to spot.
- Browse by category— Service categories include icons next to their names, making it fast to scan the list and find what you're looking for.
- Recent searches— The app remembers your recent searches so you can quickly get back to something you've looked for before.
- Pick up where you left off— Close the app and come back later? You'll land right where you were — same tab, same screen, same service or agency you were viewing.
- Dark mode— Switch to a darker look that's easier on the eyes.
- Accessibility— Built with screen readers and assistive technology in mind from day one.
- MyArkansas branding— Custom fonts, colors, and a refreshed Arkansas state mark as the app icon.
