Sign in, save your favorites, check service requirements, and tap through to the details you need. This update also brings better support for Dynamic Type, Dark Mode, and VoiceOver — so MyArkansas works better for everyone, however you use your phone.
New
- Sign in— Create an account or sign in during setup or from the home and profile screens. Once logged in, your favorite services show up automatically.
- Friendly error messages— When something goes wrong, you'll see a clear message and an easy way to try again.
- Offline mode— Already loaded content stays available even without internet. A sync indicator lets you know when you're back online.
- Favorite a service— Tap the heart on any service screen to save it to your favorites. A quick confirmation lets you know it worked, and favorites sync to your account automatically.
- Requirements panel— Service pages now show eligibility criteria and required documents, so you know what you need before you apply.
Improved
- Your favorites sync automatically— After signing in, your profile, favorite categories, and favorite services pull from your account.
- Profile photo— Upload or change your profile photo right from the app.
- Agency icons on the map— Agency icons now show up on the full-screen map, making it easier to spot locations.
- Dynamic Type— Text throughout the app now scales with your iPhone's text size setting, so you can read comfortably at any size.
- Dark mode persists— Your dark mode preference now saves between sessions. There's also a new "System" option that follows your device setting automatically.
- VoiceOver— Improved screen reader support across the app for a better experience with assistive technology.

- Category icons— Icons now display correctly for all categories.
- Profile screen loading— Fixed a loading spinner that could appear over the Login.gov section on the profile screen.
